We will be staying at the campus dorms.
- All male youth and staff will be staying at Men's Residence Colleges (MRC)
- All female youth and staff will be staying at Women's Residence Colleges (WRC)

Room Assignments - Rooms are assigned first by church groups and then by age groups. Youth will be matched up with their church staff if possible. We expect that there will be many mixed rooms and some staff/leaders will be in rooms with youth from other churches. Sleeping Arrangements - The MRC and WRC both hold up to eight students, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a common living and dining area. 방 배정 - MRC와 WRC는 모두 최대 8명의 학생을 수용할 수 있으며, 4개의 침실과 2개의 욕실, 그리고 공용 거실 및 식사 공간이 있습니다.

Everyone has his or her own list of “essentials,” but it’s easy to forget things when you assume you’ll remember them. 모두가 자신만의 "필수품 목록"을 가지고 있지만, 기억할 것이라고 생각할 때는 쉽게 잊어버릴 수 있습니다.
WHAT TO BRING | 가져와야 할 물품
You’ll need your Bible, Registration Ticket, Clothing, Sleeping Bag (blanket), Pillow, Towel, Toiletries, Water Tumbler, Pen and any Prescription Medication you’re on, as well as: Jacket or hoodie (AC can get chilly), Modest Pajamas, Underwear and socks, Phone charger
Lodging does NOT have linens, pillows, or towels.

Please understand that bringing any illegal items will immediately result in your removal from the conference.
Illegal items include illegal drugs, alcohol, cigarettes/vape, weapons of any kind, and unauthorized hand-outs.
Other prohibited items include: any electronics other than a personal cellphone, food (other than minimal snacks), inappropriate music/content/books, expensive jewelry or large amount of cash.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES | 전자 기기
Cell phones are permitted as long as they are used in an appropriate manner and at appropriate times.
They may be used to take pictures, access scriptures, record memories, read books, listen to music, etc., but should generally be turned off/put away during any group discussions/activities, and before entering the worship hall.
We want this conference to be memorable for the time you spend with one another. Please make sure your electronic device does not distract you or others from participating as we praise and worship God together.
If necessary due to continued problems, staff may require youth to place their electronics in a holding container.

DRESS CODE | 의상 규정
As we build a Christian community based on mutual trust and respect, Texas KOSTA seeks to respect the choices of individuals in expressing themselves while setting norms to establish an atmosphere conducive to faith development and personal growth.
Throughout the Youth Conference, participants are discouraged from wearing clothing that:
· is too revealing (e.g., clothing that is too tight or transparent; clothing with extremely short hemlines; shirts that reveal a bare midriff; visible undergarments).
· advertises alcohol, tobacco products or other substances abusive to the body.
· contains language or images that ridicule a person’s gender, sexuality, or geographic/ethnic origin.
상호 신뢰와 존중에 기반을 둔 기독교 공동체를 구축하는 가운데, 텍사스 KOSTA는 믿음 발전과 개인 성장을 위한 분위기를 정착하기 위해 개인의 표현을 존중하면서도 규범을 제시하고자 합니다.
청소년 집회 기간 동안 참가자들은 다음과 같은 의상을 입지 말아 주기를 바랍니다.:
과도하게 드러나는 의상(너무 타이트하거나 투명한 의상, 아주 짧은 헴라인의 의상, 복부가 보이는 셔츠, 속옷이 보이는 의상).
건강에 해로운 주류, 담배 제품 또는 기타 유해한 물질을 광고하는 의상.
성별, 성적 취향, 지역/민족적 기원을 조롱하는 언어나 이미지가 있는 의상.
LOST ITEMS | 분실물
While KOSTA staff will try to help youth find their lost items, KOSTA is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items.

All conference participants will be assigned rooms at the dorms. Each suite will include a staff, volunteer, or group leader with 7 youth of the same gender.
All meals will be served at the college cafeteria with many meal options to accommodate youth with dietary restrictions.

While we are not expected inclement weather, we will continue to monitor the forecast due to ongoing weather events. In case of a serious forecast, the Planning Committee will have an emergency meeting and communicate with all registered youth and volunteers through the email on file and through our instagram.

Texas KOSTA Conference Return Policy:
Cancellation and Return Policy: Cancellation and return of registration fees are only possible up to May 11. The Conference facility (Houston Christian University) requires final registration by May 12th. They only allow additional registration afterwards until June 1st and no cancellations in order to prepare adequate food and supplies.
Refund Process: To request a refund, participants must contact the conference organizers in writing or via email at least by May 11, 7pm. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests after May 11th will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfer of Registration: Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to June 1st. The new participant must meet all registration requirements and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the conference. Transfer requests must be made by email to txkosta@gmail.com
Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency, the conference organizers may consider refund requests made after the deadline on a case-by-case basis.
No Show Policy: Participants who do not attend the conference without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Registration: Any changes to registration details, such as attendee names or contact information, must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers by June 1st.

Texas KOSTA Conference Terms & Conditions:
Participant Release and Liability Waiver: All participants, including those under 18 years old, must have their parents/guardians read and agree to the Participation Release and Waiver. Participants who are 18 years old or older must read and agree to the Participation Release and Waiver themselves.
Registration Confirmation: Registration is considered complete once all the policies are agreed to, along with successfull submissions of any required fees.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the conference. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by conference organizers may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
Liability: The Texas KOSTA Conference and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.
Photography and Videography: By attending the conference, participants consent to being photographed and/or videotaped for promotional purposes.
Changes to the Program: The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including speakers, schedule, and activities, without prior notice.
Compliance with Laws: Participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the conference.
Agreement to Terms: By registering for the Texas KOSTA Conference, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

We welcome youth chaperones!
Our hope is that you will register as a volunteer and serve with us at KOSTA.
Every volunteer will be given a role during the conference. Volunteers will also be roomed with the youth at designated dorms and eat with the youth. If you register as a volunteer ($100), you will have full access to the conference with lodging & dining.
If you plan to come but cannot commit to be a volunteer, you will have to
1) register as a participant at full cost - full access to the conference with lodging & dining. (in the 'grade' field, please select 'adult chaperone')
or
2) sign up as a chaperone - only access to the conference with no lodging & dining. (no cost)
You can sign up as a chaperone by email us at txkosta@gmail.com Due to limited seating, once seats are secured for full participants, you will have secondary access to worship and seminars.

We take youth safety seriously!
- All staff and volunteers are vetted by their local churches (reference check with pastoral staff).
- At the conference site (Houston Christian University), youth will not be allowed to leave the premises except for preauthorized parent/guardian pickup.
- At the dorms, youth will be roomed with a staff, volunteer, or group leader of the same gender and will be supervised at all times.
- We will have an on-site medical staff (doctor or nurse) who will oversee the student and staff health.
- We also have a youth care team for any youth who may need extra support or attention.
