We're excited that you are registering as a church! We hope to make that process just a little bit easier. 

Here are some recommendations and tips from our staff and how they sign up their youth group.

교회로 등록해 주셔서 너무 기쁩니다! 단체등록 과정이 조금이라도 더 쉬워지기를 바라는 마음에

저희 스태프가 청소년 그룹을 등록할 때 사용하는 몇 가지 추천 사항과 팁을 알려드립니다.

1. Registration form | 등록 양식

All registration needs to go through our online system, so there's really no way around it... 😅

1. Go to our registration page. 

2. Select the number of tickets for each participant (youth, adult chaperone, etc. - volunteers should use the volunteer registration)

3. Fill out each youth information in the provided fields.

모든 등록은 저희 온라인 시스템을 통해 진행되어야 합니다. 그래서 다른 방법은 없답니다... 😅

1. 등록 페이지로 이동합니다.

2. 각 참가자(청소년, 성인 인솔자 등)의 티켓 수를 선택합니다. (자원봉사자는 자원봉사자 등록을 사용해야 합니다.)

3. 제공된 필드에 각 청소년의 정보를 입력합니다.

2. Payment | 결제

Many churches provide some support to cover the youth registration cost. For example, church covers 50% of the registration fee. OR you might want to collect the registration fee as a church and submit it together. 

Here's how you can do that. 

많은 교회가 청소년 등록비를 일부 지원해 줍니다. 예를 들어, 교회에서 등록비의 50%를 지원하는 경우입니다. 또는 교회가 등록비를 먼저 모아서 한 번에 제출하는 방법도 있습니다. 그 방법은 다음과 같습니다:

NOTE: Payments must be in by June 1st, 2025 for regular registration. Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation. 

주의: 정규 등록을 위한 결제는 2025년 6월 1일까지 완료되어야 합니다. 제때 결제를 완료하지 않으면 등록이 취소될 수 있습니다.

For PARTIAL CHURCH COVERAGE​ | 교회에서 일부 금액을 지원하는 경우

Option A - Payment through the Online System with Discount Code

1. Contact us at txkosta@gmail.com and let us know the amount or percentage your church will be covering. 

2. We will send you a COUPON CODE with the specific discount. 

3. Your youth/parents can register using the COUPON CODE to apply the discount. 

4. They will have to pay the remaining balance through our online payment system. (note: this does include a processing fee)

Option B - Payment through Zelle or Check 

1. Register using one of the provided COUPON CODES for Zelle or Check Payment (see below).

2. This CODE will make the balance zero. 

3. Collect the registration fee as a church and the church support. 

4. Send the collected money via Zelle or Check (see below)

5. Send an email with the participant's name and church name to txkosta@gmail.com

옵션 A – 할인 코드로 온라인 시스템에서 결제하기

1. txkosta@gmail.com 으로 이메일을 보내 교회가 얼마 또는 몇 퍼센트를 지원할 것인지 알려주세요.

2. 저희가 그에 맞는 할인 코드(COUPON CODE) 를 보내드립니다.

3. 청소년/학부모가 이 코드를 사용해 등록하면 할인이 적용됩니다.

4. 나머지 금액은 온라인 결제 시스템을 통해 결제해야 합니다. (처리 수수료가 포함됩니다.)

옵션 B – Zelle 또는 수표로 결제하기

1. 아래에 제공된 Zelle 또는 수표 결제를 위한 할인 코드 를 사용해 등록합니다.

2. 이 코드를 사용하면 잔액이 0으로 표시됩니다.

3. 교회가 청소년의 등록비와 지원금을 함께 모읍니다.

4. 모은 금액을 Zelle 또는 수표로 보냅니다. (아래 참고)

5. 참가자의 이름과 교회 이름을 txkosta@gmail.com 으로 이메일 보내주세요.

For PAYMENT FOR THE WHOLE GROUP | 전체 그룹 비용을 교회가 결제하는 경우

1. Register using the COUPON CODE for Zelle or Check Payment (see below).
